Le boulgour est riche en fibres alimentaires, en fer, en zinc, en vitamines B telles que la thiamine, la niacine, la vitamine B6, le magn\u00e9sium et le mangan\u00e8se.<\/p>\n<p>Le boulgour est un glucide complexe ayant ainsi un effet rassasiant.
