Ajouter ensuite la pomme de terre et faire sauter \u00e0 feu moyen pendant environ 2 minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires. Ajouter le poivron rouge et les tomates et faire sauter pendant 2 minutes. Ajouter les pois chiches cuits, la feuille de laurier et les recouvrir d&rsquo;eau.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Faire cuire le tout ensemble \u00e0 feu doux-moyen pendant environ 20 minutes. Retirer la feuille de laurier, ajouter ensuite les \u00e9pinards ou les feuilles de blettes et laisser cuire encore 3 minutes.
