C\u2019\u00e9tait il y a longtemps lors d&rsquo;un voyage en Belgique avec ma m\u00e8re, et c\u2019\u00e9tait aussi la premi\u00e8re fois que j\u2019essayai la cuisine libanaise. Elle n\u00e9cessite moins de 10 ingr\u00e9dients et tr\u00e8s peu de temps : pr\u00e9paration inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 10 minutes + temps de mont\u00e9e de la p\u00e2te + 7 minutes de temps de cuisson au four. Creuser un puits au centre et verser \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et l&rsquo;eau ti\u00e8de. A l\u2019aide d\u2019une spatule, bien m\u00e9langer la farine avec le liquide.
