Les l\u00e9gumineuses sont de bonnes sources de prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales, d\u2019acides amin\u00e9s, de fibres, de fer, de vitamines du groupe B et d\u2019autres nutriments qui aident \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir le cancer, le diab\u00e8te et les maladies cardiaques.
