C\u2019\u00e9tait il y a quelques ann\u00e9es, on \u00e9tait en route vers le site arch\u00e9ologique de Baalbek et on les a eu comme casse-cro\u00fbte.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" 860px\" \/><br \/>\nJe dois admettre que je n&rsquo;avais jamais pens\u00e9 que les \u00e9pinards et le citron faisaient une si bonne combinaison, mais le go\u00fbt du m\u00e9lange est tout simplement class=\"instruction\">Dans un grand saladier, m\u00e9langer la farine, le sel et la levure. Creuser un puits au centre et verser \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et l&rsquo;eau ti\u00e8de. A l\u2019aide d\u2019une spatule, bien m\u00e9langer la farine avec le liquide. Malaxer avec vos mains propres et p\u00e9trir jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le tout devienne une pate homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Couvrir le saladier avec un torchon de cuisine et laisser reposer \u00e0 un endroit chaude de la maison pendant au moins une demi-heure jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te double son volume.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Retirer la p\u00e2te du saladier et placez-la sur une surface propre saupoudr\u00e9e de la farine. P\u00e9trir un peu avec vos mains et, avec l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie (l\u00e9g\u00e8rement saupoudr\u00e9 de farine), \u00e9tendre la p\u00e2te en l&rsquo;aplatissant progressivement.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">\u00c0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un cercle \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie (d&rsquo;environ 15cm &#8211; 6 pouces de diam\u00e8tre) d\u00e9couper les petites portions de p\u00e2te. Elles sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00eates \u00e0 \u00eatre farcies avec la garniture d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">Pour la garniture d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards:<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Bien laver les \u00e9pinards, enlever les queues des feuilles et hacher finement les feuilles. Ajouter les \u00e9pinards dans une casserole remplie d&rsquo;eau et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Retirer la casserole du feu et r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer les \u00e9pinards avec une \u00e9cumoire et plongez les dans l\u2019eau bien froide. Une fois qu\u2019elles ont bien refroidi \u00e9gouttez-les bien en utilisant un tamis fin et retirer en douceur le maximum d\u2019eau.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Dans une po\u00eale, ajouter 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et les oignons hach\u00e9s et sauter pendant 2-3 minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les oignions soient dor\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Ajouter ensuite les \u00e9pinards, le sel et le jus de citron. Bien m\u00e9langer et laisser cuire \u00e0 feu doux jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le jus soit consomm\u00e9, pendant environ 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Retirer du feu et laisser refroidir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">Pour farcir la pate avec les \u00e9pinards:<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 175 degr\u00e9s C (350 degr\u00e9s F).<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Pour farcir les petits disques de p\u00e2te, ajouter 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de garniture d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards au centre du disque et assurez-vous que vous gardez les c\u00f4t\u00e9s de la p\u00e2te propres.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Replier les disques de p\u00e2te sur trois c\u00f4t\u00e9s pour former un triangle, en vous assurant que les bordures soient bien ferm\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Enfourner au milieu du four pendant environ 18-20 min \u00e0 175 degr\u00e9s C (350 degr\u00e9s F) ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la pate soit dor\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Retirer du four et d\u00e9guster chaud, ti\u00e8de ou froid.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERNutrition\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"endeasyrecipe\" style=\"display: none;\">3.5.3208<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Je me souviens encore de la premi\u00e8re fois que j\u2019ai gout\u00e9 les Fatayers aux \u00e9pinards au Liban.
