Bien rincer et \u00e9goutter. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition de l\u2019eau dans une marmite et quand l\u2019eau soit en train de bouillir mettre les pois chiches et laisser cuire \u00e0 feu doux pendant 2 heures jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 tendret\u00e9. Retirer du feu, \u00e9goutter et laisser refroidir. R\u00e9server l&rsquo;eau de cuisson. Si vous n\u2019avez pas planifi\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance ou si vous avez oubli\u00e9 de tremper les pois chiches la veille, vous pouvez utiliser un paquet de pois chiches bio au naturel (mais assurez-vous de bien les rincer et les \u00e9goutter); le r\u00e9sultat sera \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s le m\u00eame.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Mixer les pois chiches cuits au m\u00e9langeur ou au robot culinaire en ajoutant environ 50 ml (3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe) du liquide de cuisson.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">M\u00e9langer les gousses d&rsquo;ail pel\u00e9es et \u00e9cras\u00e9es, le sel et le cumin dans un mortier jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te. Ajouter le tahini et le jus de citron.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Ajouter cette p\u00e2te sur le m\u00e9lange de pois chiches et m\u00e9langer bien le tout jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019une pur\u00e9e cr\u00e9meuse.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Verser le houmous dans un bol et, avec l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re, sculpter un puits autour du centre de l&rsquo;houmous.
