Non seulement cette soupe saine et savoureuse contient du potiron mais elle contient aussi des pommes de terre, des carottes, des poireaux et des oranges. J\u2019aime r\u00f4tir les l\u00e9gumes dans le four avec quelques herbes fra\u00eeches comme le thym et le romarin. Leur saveur est intensifi\u00e9e et comme \u00e7a la soupe devient beaucoup plus savoureuse!<br \/>\nCette soupe est une excellente source de vitamines A et C qui vous aideront \u00e0 rester loin des rhumes!<\/p>\n<p>Si vous essayez cette d\u00e9licieuse et savoureuse recette v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne et sans gluten de la di\u00e8te m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne, merci de laisser un commentaire et de voter pour elle.
