Labneh with garlic & mint

Ingredients
  • 500g (2 cups) Organic labneh (or thick organic natural yogurt such as greek yogurt)
  • 3 Garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
  • 1 ½ Teaspoon dried mint
  • 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
  • A pinch of salt (or salt to taste)
Instructions
  1. Mix the peeled and crushed garlic cloves, the pinch of salt and the dried mint in a mortar and pestle until you get a paste.
  2. Add this mix to the labneh, mix it all well and drizzle with EVOO.
