Serves: 1 Large Smoothie
Ingredients
  • 150g (1 ½ cup) blueberries
  • ½ Banana, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 250ml (1 cup) almond milk (or your milk of choice)
Instructions
  1. Wash well the blueberries under cold water and prepare the ½ banana as indicated in the ingredients description.
  2. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and drink it right away.
Notes
Add some ice before mixing if you want an iced smoothie.
